Charles was born in Liberia, West Africa, and has been living in the Netherlands since 1993. In 2008, nhe graduated from Rotterdam Business School with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Accounting.

He gained experience working for Lyondellbasell Industry, a multinational in the chemical sector. Charles joined KNCV as a Financial Officer in April 2019.
