Ersin Topcuoglu has 27 years of experience in project and program management, M&E, and knowledge management, 8 of those years in TB programs. He has two decades of experience in managing USAID projects.

He has worked internationally to build capacity at the governmental and local levels by designing and managing programs, strategic plans, budgets, and M&E frameworks for national health programs, including TB programs. Dr. Topcuoglu holds an MD from Cumhuriyet University in Turkey and an MPH from Harvard School of Public Health and is bilingual in Turkish and English.
